What i think:-
As per ICAI, their is no change in the marks of any candidate who had applied for varification, so the links are not working.

As the desired quality in correction is not found they are(ICAI) trying if they will get the links will be activated. Till such time waste time clicking. This is not new for ICAI!!!!
