Verification results awaited

I applied for verification of nov-2016 exams like 2 months back still both the certified copy and verification results have not come online... Don't know what to do i called many people on ICAI they are not responding. I got 192 i the second group. Can anyone tell me the correct person to contact for the verfification of mark sheet.
