The Online and Manual form of request made to obtain certified copy(s) of Answer Book / Physical verification of Answer Book will close on the cut-off dates announced by the Institute. This implies that the site will stand frozen for online submission if requests made post the cut-off date.

Later, the Examination Department has to collate and interface both Manual and Online requests and process those application. Subsequent to review, the status is up-loaded on the site for a candidates review. An intimation of is also sent through postal correspondence.

Thus, you need to have patience and watch out for the status on site probably after one or two week posts the expiry of cut-off date.
