Dear experts, GST on purchase of goods vehicle and passenger vehicle, both are used exclusively for furtherance of business. Whether ITC is available for both vehicle? If any differene between those two vehicle, please clarify.

If ur business is relating to buying and selling of vehicle, then u can avail the credit for both the vehicles.
But if ur doing other than that then u can avail the credit of vehicle used for goods transport and for the personal transport to avail the credit the vehicle capacity should have to be morethan 13 seaters....
