Vehicle number on e-way bill in case of goods supplied through transporter
vehicle number is necessary when goods supplied to other states through transporter.

Yes ... e-way is mandatory....part a submit detail by seller/purchaser person. and part b submit by registered transportar
Yes vehicle No. is mandatory then your goods value exceed Rs.50000and eway bill is mandatory if your goods value not exceed 50000 then eway bill is not mandatory amd vechile no. is not manfatory
Not mandatory if transported by air.
