Quick Summary
For goods supplied to other states via a transporter, a vehicle number is generally required on the e-way bill, especially if the goods value exceeds £50,000. Part A is completed by the seller or purchaser, and Part B, including the vehicle number, is submitted by the registered transporter. E-way bills are not mandatory for goods under £50,000 or when transported by air.
