Is motorcycle added to e-way bills? or only four wheelers are allowed?

Yes Sir, motor cycle is included in eway bills, bicycle or any other of similar substance in which human power involved is exempt from eway bills

What I mean is whether the data of all the RTO registered vehicles are linked to GST? or at present only 4 wheelers are linked?

If all the motor vehicles are linked to GST site, then the question would not arise.......

The said TWO WHEELER (DL9SAD 9985) is registered under RTO.      ..... Call GST helpline.....
