I am working in Hyderabad based co., we are trader of imported goods from abroad. one enquiry came from Public Sector company from chennai,Tamilnadu.
They unable issue the C form & they will pay VAT. In Tamilnadu Vat rate is 4% & in Andhra Pradesh VAT Rate is 14.50%.
Please advice as per above which one shall i collect without C form.
kindly reply immediately very Urgent.

If you are selling your product in Karnataka or Chennai from HYD (AP) without 'C' form then you have to charge full VAT which is currently in that city and if you are selling the product with 'C' form then you have to standard rate of CST i.e. 3%
