VAT & WCT

Dear All ,

Can you please let me that in following case ASSAM VAt/WCT will be imposed or not ?

Customer of Assam has sent the engine to Pune(Maharastra) for capital overhauling & upgradation , engine was Overhauled & Upgraded at Pune all the invoices has been raised from Pune and Invoice . In Invoice CST is charged on spare parts and on Service/labour portion service tax has been charged. Kindly advise Assam VAT/WCT is applicable or not
