VAT time barring matters
Respected Madam..date for IT returns & GSTR3B are extended till 30th June. But what's about VAT time barring assessments, which is still pending and close before 31st March. Kindly extend the dates for VAT time barring matters also thanks...Vivek Banginwar 9049222001

I think it's already extended more times.

It is expected that all the assessments which are getting time barred in March 2020 will be extended.
Yes definitely get extended.
Decision about the VAT assessments has to be taken by respective states. Hence you need to check your respective state jurisdictions for any notification for extension in limitation period.
