What all registrations does an individual require to start a business in Delhi. (Eg DVAT) and what is the threshold limit as on date in Delhi. Does he also has to register a company such as OPC. what is Form C and shop and establishment act requirements to be fulfilled. Any MCD registration etc to start a business involving sales of Goods. Also what is MoA, MoU etc...

1) Threshold Limit is 20lacs
2) Form C (Form C is issued by a reg. dealer(Interstate purchaser) to seller of goods in case of CST so as to charge him sales tax at lesser rate).
3) OPC (Not required)
4) MCD Regn (May be not required) let's wait for other's reply
