in WB there is no 12.5% rate but 13.5% wef 15/11/2010, notification quoted in this thread

in West Bengal, its 13.5 % now...

The Goods which are taxable @ 12.5% under Schedule-CA of WBVAT Act, 2003, will be taxable @ 13.5% w.e.f. 15.11.2010
