i have filed VAT return and paid my taxes by mentioning my supplier's TIN number.
but my supplier hasn't filed my TIN number in his Return, instead he has filed it as conusmer (unregistered dealer)
will there be any problem in this case? will i be levied penalty for his mistake of not mentioning my TIN number?

you need not worried about the act of your supplier, once you got the original invoice of the supplier
