My query is w.r.t VAT on liquor...does sale of liquor in an event attract VAT? Basically it's a one or max to max 2 times sale in a year when the event takes place....Licence is taken to sell the liquor in the event. Any lead will be highly appreciated.
Yes, it is liable to VAT, if the supply is above exemption limit.
So value of supply will be considered only of Liquor or overall value of supply of Service plus Liquor?
Here it will be all the taxable supply under VAT would be considered.
