My client provides canteen facilities for various companies. Please let me know how much VAT should be charged for the products provided like coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and cool drinks.
Can Input credit be claimed for purchase of materials for providing such services.

full vat as per state act will be charged if he is selling after opening from the original paking like serving biscuits or cold drinks in glass or plates and he can take credit if he receives tax invoices from supplier
