Right now I am running a tiffin center in Noida and now want to get it registered. Do I need to get VAT or sales tax or service tax?
I get the food prepared in my kitchen and deliver in companies. My Avg. monthly sale is approx Rs 50,000. Which may now increase to 80,000 pm.
What will be beneficial for me? Shoupd I opt for VAT or Service Tax?

You are well below the threshold limit for Service Tax. It is therefore suggested to take VAT Registration.
