Hi,
I am a trader in Thane, Maharashtra.
I am likely to buy some excisable building materials from Haryana on CST @ 4% or CST @ 2% against form "C".
When I resell the same in Maharashtra, what MVAT should I charge to my buyer? 4% MVAT or 12.5% MVAT or else?
Please revert.

hiiii friend....
i would like to know that whether CST on sales of outside state set off against VAT RECEIVABLE on local transection because i know that CST on purchase of outside state must be added in purchase so pls friends tell me that can CST on Sales setoff against VAT or not ??
