Dear frineds, When is the last date for physical submission of Part-1 of Form-704 Report & letter of submission under MVAT Rules for F.Y. 2011-12?

the Physical form 704 should be filed within 10 days of due date.
due date for e file is 15 th jan
so due date for physical filling is 25 th jan
The date of physical submission is 10 business days after the due date (so date of submission will be 30/01/13)
I have excluded saturday sunday and public holidays
