The assessee is having branches all over India and an authorised dealer in gold , it has entered into an agreement with manufacturer for turning gold into shape of coin in kerala.
pls give the details for VAT implication on Job work delivered to different places in Kerala ,

Only conceptual advise can be provided by me- VAT is applicable only when there is a transfer of property in goods. In pure job work no material is added ot the material suppied by the cuspotmer. In your case that appears to be the case. If so no need to pay any VAT by the job worker. The sender of the gold may provide documentation which is clear on this aspect.
