as far as i know vat & service tax can't be in one bill......

Yes, Both VAT and Service Tax applicable for Banquet Function in Hotel Industry. VAT on Food & Beverages and Service Tax under Mandap Keeper.

Yes , Both can be charge in one bill. But it should be charged Separately.you can not be charge both on composite figure. you have to service service tax for service part and for vat for sales part.

yes service tax and vat can be levied in one bill. For example if u r going to hotel u can observ that both the taxes can find.
