Vat

Dear all,

Pls advise whether VAT will be applicable in case of conversation from proprietorship to Private Ltd company, also if some of final product manufacture in proprietorship and sold by Private Ltd, in such case we can transfer the final product to Private Ltd. If yes, whether VAT liability will arise.
