You did not disclose full detail in your question do u sale this item including vat or excluding vat? You have to find out your tax liability as follow

Ouput Vat – input Vat = Vat Payable If its negative figure that means vat refundable.

you are taking the goods from principal on MRP basis including taxes, right? and company reimburse you the commission and taxes paid on the products.

you have to negotiate with the company on this issue, as they have decided to pay 5% only out of the total payout, means the balance 8.5% will get leaked from your pocket.

No sir. Actualy I am taking Distribution ( For District) Componey will bill me with 5 % advance tax.  against C-Form. When I pay tax hear in Maharastra . As per componey tax is 5 % but hear in maharastra as per my knolage tax on potato chips and numkeen is 12.5 % . i.e. I have to charge in bill 12.5 % hear in maharastra or 4 % ?

you have to charge 12.5% only or applicable, and produce the same to the principal with relevent documents
