VAN Sales/ distribution
We sell our fruit drinks to small wholesalers who have turnover below Rs. 20 lacs, what are the documents required along with van while going for delivery of the stock to 5-6 wholesellers, total value will be Rs. 0.90 lacs.

only invoice will be required
If the quantity being sold to each wholesaler is known beforehand, invoice to be raised at the time of removal from factory.
quantity is only known when reaching buyers location. presently we are keeping a stock register at van and raise an invoice on the spot. Any idea about GST law regarding this?
If you're not sure whether a supply will take place, or the volume of sales, a Delivery Challan may be used to authorise the transportation and a tax invoice may be issued at the time of delivery.
