valuation of goodwill
Adjustment given in the question:The company has been paying managerial remuneration of rs 100000 pa but as per the companies act the amout eligible to be paid is 80000 pa only for the past four years! What will be its effect to calculate future maintainable profit and why?

Add back in profit and loss account... As it is disallowed by company act

Ya add back that Rs. 20000 for calculating correct profit
You have to add back excess remuneration while calculate FMP.
