You can validate the bank account just by login to incometaxefilling site through net banking
Which option? may I know the process
Login to bank's net banking account.
You will get an option to efile return, or e-verify ITR option in the same.
Click on the option, you will be directed to efiling web site, where by the bank account gets verified.
