Form CT-1 is Application for Service Tax registration, CT-2 is a sertificate of Service Tax registration and CT-3 for Service Tax Return. Form A.R.E.-1 is an application for removal of excisable goods for export. A.R.E.-2 is combined application for removal of goods for export under claim for rebate of duty.

Sir,

I think you have wrongly mentioned detail of ST- 1, 2, 3 in place of CT- 1, 2, 3.

I have asked about FORM CT - 1, CT- 2, CT- 3 used in Central Excise .

Also let me know about ARE- 1, ARE- 2, BOND, UNDERTAKING.

Please sort out my query

Dear MrAmriteshl, Yes, your are very correct that Mr.Singh may confuse about CT form insted of ST.Let expaint in by me and the answer is as below: 1. CT-1 When 100% EOU purchase any material then they use the form for duty expmption. 2nd option is when any co purchase material for export that time also they can use the same form 2. CT-2 when a warehouse purchase a goods for export that time they can use ct-2 for duty exemption. 3.CT-3 the certificate of removal of goods against a bond. Form CT-1 is Certificate for procurement of excisable goods for export without payment of duty, CT-2 is a Certificate for procurement of excisable goods under Procedure for Export Warehousing and CT-3 for Certificate for removal of excisable goods under bond A.R.E.-1 is an application for removal of excisable goods for export. A.R.E.-2 is combined application for removal of goods for export under claim for rebate of duty.
