if i shown Rs. 100 (CGST& SGST) as itc in GSTR 3B under RCM (Inward Supply)......in the month of august 17
then can i utilized it in the month of august 17....
please tell me the solution with notification

yes u can utilize the tax paid under RCM credit on same month... but payment is compulsory.
