We have despatched the material to the SEZ area without payment of duty under UT1. We have submitted original and duplicate copies of ARE1 along with a bill to the client and submitted 3rd and 4th copy to excise department.
Excise Department returned back the pink copy 3rd one (signed and sealed) to us.
My question is for the proof of export which documents to be produced to bond sanctioning authority?
only the pink one which is given by the range or any other.
Dear Sir,
Your party will return you original and duplicate copy of ARE-1 after seal and sign from their Customs Authority. You have to submit this original and duplicate copy of ARE-1 to Bond sanctioning authority as proof of Export.

Also, please let us know whether we have to submit a letter along with this 2 copies of ARE-1 to bond sanctioning authority for our record purpose? If yes, can you provide us the format.

Dear Sir,
Please find herewith attached formate of Form 19. Please submit it with a submission letter. Along with ARE -1, you have to submit triplicate copy of Export invoice also.
