We are planning to register our company as a Limited liability company in USA.
as a requirement they are asking for certified copies of articles of association from register of companies.
I need to know whether we can approach the register of companies for certification and also is this really possible.

Simply contact any reliable LLC registering company there in the particular state and take their advice. It shall not be much of a hassle. You will be done under 1000 USD.
