hello friends
My friend cleared his IPCC in unit scheme in nov 2010 attempt (PE 2 conversion,cleared one grp in pe2 and the other in unit scheme of Ipcc), he has not received his IPCC passing certificate till now and the concerned regional chapter is not giving him the required details clearly, is the institute issuing the passing certificates to the students or it just issues marks memo and gives the final passing certificate at the end....please help him out
