Urgent...(regard cs training)

hello  im doing cs inter now..plz tell me wich is the best option to do training after final or before????????????????????.......... i did mba also..presently im in searching jobs....after completing exec programee... 1)is it better to join in a company for training before final is the best option or not?..hw much stipend will i get?.. 

2)i want to join in a company for 15months trining..but it is best to join after my cs final or before final..should i start...?

is stipend from company will be enough to meet finnancial needs?...

3)As per career perspective...wich is the best option to join training beore final or after fianl????????????????????????????

plz  frnds suggest me and clarify my doubts
