Is RCM payable on royalty paid by a production House on copyright to Music Composers or other Copy Right owners (Body Corporate) on Songs and Films (Permanent and Temporary).
Example: Royalty on Sound Recording Rights, Purchase of Film Rights, Purchase of Songs.

Yes. GST to be paid under RCM . Kindly refer notification 13/2017 - central tax (rate) dated 28.06.2017 entry number 9. I think the rate is 12%
