Urgent- RCM on Royalty Paid to Copyright Owners by Production House

Hi,

Is RCM payable on royalty paid by a production House on copyright to Music Composers or other Copy Right owners (Body Corporate) on Songs and Films (Permanent and Temporary).

Example: Royalty on Sound Recording Rights, Purchase of Film Rights, Purchase of Songs.
