Urgent query regarding online exam form ca final

you need not send any copy 

if required ICAI representative will call ask u to send it after you receive

dont even bother abt it

last time i was in the same situation and i didnt give any enclosure

I am going through a similar situation here, i have completed my training and submitted the 108 long back but i did nt receive the completion letter from the institute and i just came back from the institute after enquiring about the same thing and i could not even get a duplicate copy of the ltter although the person there told me that my training is complete and the letter had been dispatched in july but it did not reach me and since it has been sent from kanpur centre i can not get a copy from delhi but he gave me this solution that u can attach a copy of 108 as proof and write letter awaited in the place where it is mentioned....

i am just telling what the person at the institute told me

Hi.

Heres reply to ur query. First of all read the Exam form properly, the exam form itself contains Certificate of Service wherein u have to give details of ur Articleship status according to the 5 different categories mentioned thr. Ur case falls I guess in 2nd category in the Exam form where it says Completed/Completing Articelship on or before 31st October 2011. Fill in the details thr get it signed by ur principal n post the Exam form no need to wait for confirmation from Institute.

I suggest you go to near Institute they will give the COMPLETION in u r hand . My frin did like that . so that u receive d form and no disputes also . Better visit along with u r copy of submission 

and the institute will give the completion letter only when it has been dispatched by them and u have not received it, if it is not yet ready in the institute only thn i dont think they will hand u over the letter....

I  HAVE CLEARED MY PCC EXAMS THIS MAY & NOW GIVING GROUP 1 OF FINALS THIS NOVEMBER & HAVE FILLED EXAM FORM ONLINE 2DAY. IN THAT I HAVE MADE MISTAKE IN ENTERING DETAILS OF STATUS OF COMPLETION OF ARTICLE TRAINING i.e MY ARTICLESHIP GETS COMPLETED ON 16/09/2011 BUT I HAVE SELECTED THE CATEGORY THAT I AM SERVING LAST 6 MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP AS ON 01/11/2011.WHAT SHALL I DO.PLS REPLY.

ITS URGENT & WANT 2 SUBMIT MY FORM.

i called at icai helpline yesterday..they told me that i should wrtie "LETTER AWAITED" in 1st column and send it

even i'm facing the same problem now.i"m in CA finals but i haven't got the certificate of completion from the institue. so while filling up the xam form do i have to send form108 attested by the principal??
