Urgent query regarding cs traning

I think, firstly we will clear exam then will go to training, additionally this training duration would  be to 3 month if you are working with any company. But not sure, just I am studying for exam only not training.

You  can get excemption from 15 months training if you've experience of at least one year as an excecutive in any company. But still you'll have to undergo 3 months training.

Better to go for the complete training.
