Another thing i want 2 know, i f do my final registration from Delhi will i have to appear my final xam from Delhi only??

Hiee Saurav,You can do registration in delhi and can appear for your exam at any place.I mean that, at the time of filling your exam form,you can select your place where you wish to write the exam from the list provided....
