I have filed DPT-4 for One of my Company Client, now he is not in position to repay the loan within 31st march 2015 which is the last date to repay the same, He want to converted the loan into share capital, is this good idea?????

One of my friend presently working from germany and earning salary in India and germany want to develop and and sell apps for mobiles and he wants to know the tax implications of Andhra Pradesh VAT, Service Tax and Income Tax. in India. Please give a light on the same that wheteher he need to register under APVAT and Service Tax.
U can even make them as directors. So amount recd from directors are not treated as deposit
