Auditor of the Company is appointed to hold office from the conclusion of AGM until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

Company shall within seven days of the appointment, give intimation to the Auditor with regard to his appointment. 

 Every auditor appointed shall within thirty days of the receipt from the company of the intimation of his appointment, inform the Registrar of Companies in Form 23B.
