I received a notice u/s 148 from income tax department on 01/04/2011 regarding assessment year 2004-05 whereas letter was dispatced on 31/03/2011.
Which of the above two dates will be co0nsidered for the response of notice.?

how can you quote the letter receipt date?
in the dispatch book of department the date will be dispatch date
For Nov 2011 CA Final Exam.is it compulsory to go through IFRS.or we can go with old AS.please help me out.
