can anybody tell me now is sick industrial unit is under BIFR or National Company law Tribunal under section 424A to 424L.....?????????

I believe it is stil under BIFR.... members, pz correct me if m wrong.
There is no BIFR and now it is company law tribunal. Hon'ble Supreme court set aside the dispute regarding appointment of office bearers of comany law tribunal regards
