Urgent plz help

Refer to Section 77A(2) of Companies Act... 

did tht bt since it says propotionately..i need sum clarification whether it is possible to buy entire shareholding of particular members

1. Buy back shall not exceed 25% of the paid up capital and free reserves
2. Buyback shall not exceed 25% of the equity shares in a financial year
3. Check shares under buyback are fully paid up
4. D/E ratio to be 2:1 after buyback
5. Apply above rules.... hence buyback is possible of 3500 shares
