the co can buy back 8000 shares
the shareholding pattern on date is as follows:
A-21000
B-1000
C-3000
D-1000
E-2500
F-2500
G-2500
total- 33500 shares
now we wish to buy back shares of Mr. B(1000) and Mr. F(2500) plz brief me out on how to proceed with the buy back.
