plz help me out on following:
the co can buy back 8000 shares
the shareholding pattern on date is as follows:
A-21000
B-1000
C-3000
D-1000
E-2500
F-2500
G-2500
total- 33500 shares
now we wish to buy back shares of Mr. B(1000) and Mr. F(2500) plz brief me out on how to proceed with the buy back.

did tht bt since it says propotionately..i need sum clarification whether it is possible to buy entire shareholding of particular members
