Urgent plz help

There is no specific section to read for winding up, it deal with the whole chapter of Companies Act, 1956. Section 425 to 560 deal with winding up. I will suggest you to read Chapter I and III of Part VII of Companies Act, 1956.

Any of sections can be asked.. I suggest u to go through atleast Munish Bhandari's HANDBOOK..

Dont skip any chapter...
