Is one Student doing articles is eligible to incorporate a Section 25 company(Charity purpouse) as a director. is there is any prohibition under CA act.

As per my knowledge it is not permitted by the ICAI.

IT'S not allowed to be done with articleship except in case permission is taken from ICAI for the same.
