My employer is not filing TDS quarterly returns from past 5 years, I received demand notices for all five years.
Actuvally tax liability was deducted in my salary.
Is it possible to file TDS returns all years now by employer?

Yes they can file that return but only after paying late filing fees and penalties.
Late filing fees 200/day subject to total TDS amount and penalty may from 10000 upto 1lack.
So if the demand amount is less, it's better to pay it. You can ask your employer to compensate it.
