Register the assessee on income tax website and view form 26AS (your tax credit summary). It will show you the tax deducted on your pan. And if form 26AS is showing tds deducted, then you can file return accoudingly.

I suppose u r talkin abt Form 16 and not 16A.

U can verify the tax deducted from the employers by verifying 26AS. You can claim refund with tat information itself.
