Urgent : Name Approval of Company??

Dear Adarsh,

which explanation u r giving. did u put the same in filled form 1A.

Dear You got an option of 6 names to file the form 1A , So even if they reject the name as you have mentioned, try to give some other name. becouse the comany have no name as you are mentioning.

Dear Aman,

First Submission of Form1A was contained on NAMES nd Significance line were left blank..

So query received from MCA "Significance is required" and re-submission reqd.

Now Form1A is resubmitted with the above mentioned significance..

yes i think after the resubmission with this significance you would get approval from ROC.

generally , significance of name should be something like " the name is the combination of the initials from the family members of the promoters"

or

" the name is sought to indicate its association with other group companies with similar names" in such cases, please attach the NOC for the use of name by other group companies alongwith the other attachments.

I want to keep my PR / Investors relations firm name as

"Reliance Investor Relations Consultancy"

Take the NOC from Reliance, Because If any one will see this name, He would think that this is the Venture of Reliance..

Your name is misleading in nature..
