Urgent......incorporating a company....

No you can not incorporate a Company without the assistance of Professional becausse these forms needs to be certified either by ca , cs or icwa in practice.

If you ca is out of station take the help of other professional.

U can upload the e-Form - 1, 18 & 32 but these e-forms required dsc of professional,,

so u have two options,

1. Your CA is out of station but i think he can mail u complete e-forms duly signed n you can upload the same., or

2. You have to take the help of another professional for the same.

Agree with Charuji, forms needs to be certified either by ca , cs or icwa in practice.

Chartered Accountant is no where linked with the incorporation of the Company. You can take the help of any of the Company Secretary and incorporate your Company. Even CS will incorporate your company within a single day if possible.

He will certify your forms as well.

I never thought of going to another professional. I was kind of emotionally attached to them and I believed they are good persons & professionals to deal for a long future.

The CA is a good person but doesn't handle the ROC works. There is a CA final student(CAFS) who manages the ROC works and I believe as of now, we are not in sync. For a week or so, when ever I called CAFS, she had agendas, client office works and then also I was not in urgency. I let it go. Next week she was too busy with office works. Then she was out of station.

As I checked, I can upload Form 1A, 1 myself without professional certification. But Form 1A has option and will be processed earlier if digitally signed by professionals and also with this only one name can be applied subject to availability.

I wanted to upload Form 1A myself with my MCA portal user ID for name allotment. I am situated at a distant place and I asked them, whether it is possible to email me a duly signed Form 1A accordingly, so that I can upload it myself with my MCA portal user ID. I approached the same and they said it can’t possible.

I have no technical idea about this. So I said OK.

As everyone replying here suggested about opting for other professional help; at first I was reluctant for this, but as matters unfold, I will do whats good for me.

	Sir Without assistance of professionals, you can't incorporate a Company as they should affix their Digital Signature by way of Certification in Form No.18 & 32. You may go alternate, if you feel urgent. Professionals details are avaialble in the site of mca.gov.in, certifiedl filing centers.
