Urgent in case of panelty
if any person buys some handloom item like bed sheets etc. andseller charged the rate at 5per but if the vehicle caught by the authority and the called the buyers. what can be the consequences and is there any fault at the and of buyer who is himself a whole seller of handloom items and seller is manufacturer. what CAn be the penalty?

No......when all the formalities ie Bill , Eway bill is according to CGST Rule .
But the authority is saying that the rate charged by the buyer is not 5per but it is 18 per item.
