Company was incorporated on 28/12/2006 and the 1st Balance Sheet was prepared from 28/12/2006 to 31/03/2008 i.e 15months 2 days and the 23Ac & 23ACA is been duly filed.
The company is been shown in the Defaulter list on MCA portal. Can we make another balance sheet for 28.12.2006 to 31.03.2007 and file on the MCA portal (there is no business in that period).
