Hello,
My articleship was started on 20-10-2015 & going to complete on 19-10-2018. I have to do 1 month extended articleship under same principle till 19-11-2018. What is the procedure of filling the forms 107 & 108? Which form to fill first? I have not filled any of the form yet.
please help it's urgent.

You can fill both forms at the same time. Procedure will be complete only when excess leave is made good. To give effect to this you should fill form 107 for commencing and 108 for completion. Hope this helps.
