can u plz guide me with the amendmnts in tds spcly in sec 201 plz

No need to deduct the TDS on payments made to get the Visiting card

respected sir,              i, undersigned, dr. avan d. doshi is having practice at idar, north gujarat. last year igot 19,79,500 rupees single cheque from e. meditek india (on behalf of new india assurance co. ltd.). now they have submitted 95000 rs tds toincome-tax deprt.. but ideally they should pay 2,20000 rs tds to it dept. now what should i do?.                                    thanking you,                                                                                                                                                       yours sincerely,                                                  dr. avan doshi
