Which categories, please explain 

Can you tell me from where you learn IDT... I mean coaching classes or self studies?

get a deep knowledge in Service Tax Case laws , that will settle two questions out of Q No 4 , one from excise (normally from basics , classification or valuation or SSI and will be from recent case laws ,normally from last two years case laws ) , last one from customs , to get this you have to learn more than 30 case laws so two options either study customs also or read well so that you can answer correctly without case law name . If we follow this you have to skip question five or six where two more case laws will ask

Case Laws present in PM + Case Law Book + RTP

self study is good for idt from bangar

i don't know about case laws

but dont do bangar case laws

 

3 categories of case law in idt are customs, st and excise

is only latest rtp case laws sufficient?

what about direct tax case laws?

anybody ..i have idt for nov 15....of bangar...should i purchase new...i am confused because i have all markings n notes in my book...now doing again .. :(

Hi, use Bangur complier and also in DT do VG. Only 1/2 marks for case law mentioning. So remember only crux.

For case laws on idt institutes case law book and rtp is recommended.
For case laws dry topics ie common topics / procedural part just read once o twice n cut short the answer with crux points or else instead of completely leaving it better do only the latest ones..go in that order.
